I was checking out this thread about the Chipotle Feedback survey and I’m curious — do these surveys actually make a difference in how the store operates, or are they just a way to collect general opinions? I’ve filled out a couple before but never noticed much change. Most of my free time usually goes into PC Build projects, so I don’t really pay attention to restaurant surveys, but this one seems to come up a lot. Has anyone here ever seen real improvements after giving feedback?
